<br />E-2 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Roger Wachter's request for minor ROGER WACHTER
<br />variance to allow the construction of an addition to the existing
<br />house extending to within 31 feet of the front yard property line
<br />at 2541 Pascal be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that Brad Borsheim's request for BRAD BORSHEIM
<br />minor variance to allow the construction of an attached garage
<br />extending to within 30 feet of the front yard property line at
<br />2498 Albert be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Johnson moved, Curley seconded that Resolution No. 7643a, calling RESOLUTION 7643a
<br />for a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on October 8, 1984 on Advance
<br />Circuits, Inc. application for industrial revenue bonds be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-5 Johnson moved, Curley seconded that Resolution 7644, approving the RESOLUTION 7644
<br />annual budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1985 and
<br />ending December 31, 1985 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded that Resolution 7645, certifying the RESOLUTION 7645
<br />tax levy to the County Auditor for collection during 1985 for the
<br />purpose of operating the City of Roseville be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded that Resolution No. 7646, instructing RESOLUTION 7646
<br />the County Auditor to reduce thc established tax levy for Golf Course
<br />Bonds and General Improvement Bonds be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded that $150,760 of 1985 Fedcral Rcvenue FEDERAL REVENUE
<br />Sharing Funds be expended in 1985 for the following purposes: SHARING FUNDS
