<br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded that the 1985-1989 Capital
<br />Improvement Program be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7647 calling for
<br />a public hearing on a proposal from Health Resources Assistance
<br />Corporation for a commercial facilities development project
<br />pursuant to the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development
<br />Act authorizing the publication of a notice of the hearing
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Roseville's contribution of
<br />$38,417 to the North Suburban Cable Commission be approved
<br />if needed. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Demos seconded that Resolution 7648, declaring the
<br />adequacy of a Petition for reconstructing Ruggles Street
<br />identified at Project P-84-27 and ordering the preparation of
<br />a feasibility report for this project be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Johnson seconded to approve the release of three
<br />utility easements known as:
<br />Document No. 1811872 dated October 15, 1971,
<br />Document No. 1815474 dated December 6, 1971 and
<br />Document No. 1813146 dated November 10, 1971.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign an agreement with Williams Pipeline Company
<br />for ponding and pipeline relocation as a part of Roseville
<br />Improvement No. 84-8, and instructing the City Attorney to
<br />assure the document is recorded with the Register of Deeds.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the firm of George M. Hansen
<br />Company P .A. perform the 1984 audit for a sum not to exceed
