<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the Minutes of the Meeting
<br />of October 22, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Franke, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstained:
<br />Johnson, because he was absent.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that the hearing on Metropolitan
<br />Recovery Corporation's request for an amendment to the zoning
<br />ordinance to include organic and inorganic wastes as a special
<br />use in the 1-2 district be continued to the December 10, 1984
<br />Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded to propose a new zoning district
<br />for organic and inorganic wastes and refer to the December 5
<br />Planning CO~ilission Meeting; and establish a public hearing
<br />for the December 10, 1984 Council Heeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that Shorewood Corporation's
<br />request for final plat at 2231 Rice Street be approved.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that the Mayor and City
<br />Manager be authorized to sign the document discharging
<br />the notice of Lis Pendens. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,

<br />Assistance Corporation's request for final plat at 2831
