Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr ~oved, Johnson seconded that Bob Hichel's request for <br />minor' variance at 1302 Hillow Circle be continued to the <br />March 25, 1985 regular Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos. Hays: None. <br /> <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that Frank Rel::uski' s request <br />for a six month extension of a minor variance at 1225 <br />Josphine Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that American Redevelopers <br />request for variance to allow 682 parking spaces for the <br />proposed shopping center at 1665 County Road B-2, rather <br />than the required 749 spaces be approved, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1) Dedication of an easement for a walkway on the <br />applicant's property. <br />2) Dedication of 30 feet of right-of-way for a public street. <br />3) That final drainage plans be subject to staff review. <br />4) That cross ea.sements be provided for a common access <br />drive on the western property line, to be shared with <br />the proposed development to the west. <br />5) That final landscaping plans be subject to staff approval. <br />6) That the parking plan be subject to staff approval. <br />7) That the project be developed according to plans dated <br />1117 / 84 . <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded that Hilliam Huska's request for <br />25 foot variance to front yard parking setback, 20 foot <br />var'iance to rear yard parking setback, and 10 foot variances <br />to side yard parking setbacks at 1985 Oakcrest be approved, <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the project be developed according to plans dated <br />Septewber 11, 1984. <br />2) That the variances to rear and side yard parking setbacks <br />run only until such time as additional development occurs <br />on the site. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: Hone. <br /> <br />DHIGHT <br />ROSENBERG <br /> <br />BOB rrICHELS <br /> <br />FRANK <br />HEKUSKI <br /> <br />ANERICAN <br />REDEVELOPERS <br /> <br />vlILLIAM <br />mlSKA <br />
