<br />Council Hinutes <br />November 13, 1984 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />E-12 (Cant 'd) <br />1) The Dillon Inn Company, Inc. request for special use <br />permit, preliminary plat, and variance to parking <br />setback at 2140 County Road C. The applicant proposes <br />to construct a 123 room Dillon Inn Hotel, with an <br />attached restaurant on the property. The applicant <br />wants to create separate lots for the motel and the <br />restaurant. <br />2) C.R. Hakworthy request for preliminary plat at 171 <br />Center Street. The applicant proposes to plat the <br />existing two lots to create three single family lots. <br />3) Ashland Oil request for special use permit and variances <br />to setbacks at 2172 Lexington. The applicant proposes <br />to develop a SuperAmerica Service Station and convenience <br />store on the former Knowlan's Barket site. <br />4) First Grand Avenue Liquors, Inc. request for special use <br />permit and variance at 3114 Old Highway 8. The applicant <br />proposes to expand the existing building for use as an <br />off-sale liquor store. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-13 Kehr moved, Curley seconded that Resolution 7664, declaring RESOLUTION 7664 <br />the petition for a storm drain project in the Rice and Elmer <br />Street area as inadequate for the ordering of a feasibility <br />study, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Curley <br />and Demos. Nays: Franke. <br /> <br />E-14 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7665, ordering RESOLUTION 7665 <br />the preparation of the feasibility report for Project <br />ST-P-84-33, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, <br />Franke, Curley and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-15 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7666, declaring RESOLUTION 7666 <br />the adequacy of a petition for Project P-84-30, be adopted; <br />and ordering the preparation of a feasibility report. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley, and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E-16 Curley moved, Franke seconded that Resolution 7667, for RESOLUTION 7667 <br />apportionment of assessments on the following divisions <br />of property by Ramsey County be adopted: <br /> <br />Division No. 58867 - Property division on County <br />Road C at the west city limits. <br />The address of the property is <br />2545 County Road C. <br />Division No. 58875 - Property division on Brenner <br />Avenue and Millwood Avenue. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br />
