<br />Council Hinutes <br />November 13, 1984 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />E-6 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that I\alter Kohler's request for <br />variances to allow the easterly, westerly and southerly <br />edges of the existing lot at 3070 Lexington to remain <br />uncurbed be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That directional signs be provided at the driveway <br />openings to make them one-way in and one-way out. <br />2) That the drainage and grading plans be approved by <br />City staff. <br />3) That the project be developed in accordance with plans <br />dated 9/27/84. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-7 <br /> <br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Marie Kreitz request for <br />division of lot at 991 Parker be approved, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1) That staff approve the grading and drainage plans for the <br />site. <br />2) That 30 feet of right-of-way be dedicated for Burke <br />Street. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-8 Franke moved, Curley seconded that a pUblic hearing be <br />established for December 10, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to give <br />consideration to a preliminary resolution approving an <br />application from Health Resources, Inc. for IDB bonds in <br />the amount of $900,000. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, <br />Franke, Curley and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-9 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that the bid from LaHass <br />for a Morbank Eeger Beever brush chipper for a total bid <br />price of $9,049.86 (including options 1, 2, and 3) per their <br />bid and quotation number B-15912-15913 be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley and Demos.
