<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - December 17, 1984. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson and Demos. Members absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />A-l Curley moved, Franke seconded that the minutes of the meeting of <br />December 10, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, <br />Curley, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Curley moved, Franke seconded that Resolution No. 7674, giving <br />preliminary approval of an application for Industrial Revenue Bonds <br />for Oakcrest Development Company be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that a joint meeting be established with <br />the Roseville legislative delegation at 7:00 a.m., Wednesday, January <br />9, 1985, at the Professor's. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Curley, <br />Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-l Johnson moved, Franke seconded that a Council Work Session be <br />established for Monday, January 7, 1985 at 4:30 p.m., for the purposes <br />of discussing organizational appointments, preliminary bridge design <br />and any other business deemed appropriate by the Council. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />2 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that Robert Hatson and James Moeller be <br />appointed to the Roseville Planning Commission for four-year terms <br />beginning April 1, 1985 and ending March 31, 1989; and appointing <br />Don Zalk and Terry Henry to the Roseville Human Rights Commission for <br />three-year terms beginning April 1, 1985 and ending March 31, 1988; <br />and appointing Timothy Daulton, Jim Klassen and Betty Wolfangle to the <br />Roseville Parks and Recreation Board for three-year terms beginning <br />April 1, 1985 and ending March 31, 1988; and apPOinting James Hannegan <br />to the Roseville Police Civil Service Commission for a three-year term <br />beginning January 1, 1985 and ending December 31, 1987. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded to announce that one vacancy will exist <br />on the Human Rights Commission, and one on the Parks and Recreation <br />Board as of April 1, 1985, and that applications will be accepted <br />until January 31, 1985 to fill the vacancies. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Franke, Curley, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-l Representatives fromt the firm of Short, Elliott, and Hendrickson <br />were in attendance and introduced two new members of their firm, <br />T. Clayton Beebe and John Steenberg.
