<br />preemptive equipment to be installed and maintained by Ramsey County
<br />at the intersection of County Road B-2 and Fairview Avenue, identified
<br />as Project M-84-41 be approved; and authorizing the Mayor and City

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7676, increasing the
<br />salary ranges for supervisory-confidential employees by 4.5%, and
<br />providing for monthly insurance contribution of $160.00 be adopted.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7677, increasing the
<br />salary ranges for management-administrative employees by 4.5%,
<br />providing for a monthly insurance contribution of $175.00 per month,
<br />and payment of the 1985 long-term disability premium be adopted; and
<br />adding the position of Economic Development Director to the salary
<br />program in the XIV salary range. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke,
<br />Curley, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-5 Franke moved, Demos seconded that Resolution 7678, transferring funds
<br />from Contingency Account to the General and Recreation Funds for 1984
<br />salaries in the amount of $51,700.00 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
