<br />Page 3 <br /> <br />4) That the fence located on public right-of-way may remain until <br />the right-of-way is needed. <br />5) That an additional four feet, six inches of right-of-way be <br />dedicated for County Road C. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-4 Curley moved, Franke seconded that Fine Associates request for <br />preliminary plat and special use permit for site plan aproval and <br />off-sale liquor store at 2730 Snelling Avenue Frontage Road East be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the development be constructed in accordance with site plan <br />dated 12-24-84, with last revision dated 1-9-85. <br />2) That the utility and drainage plans be approved by staff. <br />3) That the proposed easements be approved by staff. <br />4) That the exterior material on all sides for the MGM Liquor Store <br />be brick and cedar; <br /> <br />and establishing a public hearing on March 11 for the final plat. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />-5 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Lexington Spirits, Inc. application <br />for off-sale liquor license at 2730 Snelling Avenue Frontage Road <br />East be approved, with the condition that the required insurance <br />certificate and bond be provided prior to the issuance of the license. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-6 Councilman Kehr excused himself from the table for this agenda item. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded that Al Kehr's request for rezoning <br />from R-l to R-2, special use permit for Planned Unit Development, <br />preliminary plat and variance to density at 674 County Road C be <br />continued to the April 8, 1985 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Curley, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-l Curley moved, Demos seconded that Willmus Companies request for <br />variance to sign setback at 2845 Hamline Avenue be approved, with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the words "Leasing Information 631-1040" be permitted on <br />the sign only for a period of six months. <br />2) That the sign be permitted in lieu of a 100 square foot, 25 foot <br />high pylon sign. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos.
