Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded that the following applications be <br />referred to the March 6, 1985 Planning Commission meeting: <br /> <br />1) Ettinger Transfer application for division of lot at 2360 County <br />Road C. <br />2) Tanurb Development application for preliminary plat at 2480 <br />Fairview Avenue. <br />3) Metropolitan Recovery Corporation application for rezoning from <br />1-2 to 1-2a, special use permit and preliminary plat. <br />4) Charles Mattson application for relocation of dwelling at 2870 <br />Wheeler Street. <br />5) Paul Kysylyczyn application for division of lot at 3083 Victoria. <br />6) Norman Doerr application for division of lot at 1920 Gluek Lane. <br />7) Robert Farinacci application for division of lot at 1892 Gluek <br />Lane. <br />8) Sperry application for variance to directional sign size at 2276 <br />Highcrest Road. <br />9) Golden Age Nursing Home application for special use permit and <br />variance to setback at 1397 County Road B; <br /> <br />and, establishing the Council public hearings for March 11, <br />1985. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Curley moved, Johnson seconded that the consulting firm of Short, <br />Elliott and Hendrickson be authorized to complete a feasibility study <br />for Roseville Project 85-03 in accordance with their letter of <br />proposal dated February 2, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, <br />Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that the utility easement from Marilyn <br />Baggenstoss be accepted; and instructing the City Attorney to record <br />the document with the County Recorder, and authorizing payment in the <br />amount of $500.00. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that the Mayor be authorized to sign <br />the plat for Patton Business Addition. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, <br />Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Demos moved, Curley seconded that Resolution 7686, entering into an <br />agreement with Metropolitan Council to provide water quality <br />monitoring activities in conjunction with the Lake McCarrons <br />restoration project, for an approximate cost of $20,000 be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos.
