<br />The Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Members
<br />absent: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of March 18, 1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None. Abstained:
<br />Curley, because he was absent.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Tanurb Developments, Inc.
<br />application for final plat at 2480 Fairview Avenue be continued
<br />to the April 22, 1985 regular Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that C. R. Hakworthy's application
<br />for final plat at 171 Center Street be continued to the April
<br />22, 1985 regular Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Metropolitan Recovery Corp-
<br />oration's application for final plat at 2430 Rose Place be
<br />continued to the June 10, 1985 regular Council meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that Resolution 7711, accepting
<br />the petition for project P-84-24A, and ordering the feasibility
<br />study and setting the public hearing for the regular Council
<br />meeting of April 22, 1985, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that Resolution 7712, continuing
<br />the hearing for project P-84-24, improvement of Grotto Street
<br />and Sextant west of Grotto, to the April 22, 1985 regular
<br />Council meeting, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Mr. Kehr stepped down from the Council table because he was the
<br />applicant in the next public hearing.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded that Al Kehr's request for
<br />rezoning from R-1 to R-2, special use permit for Planned Unit
<br />Development, preliminary plat and variance to density at 674
<br />County Road C, be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke and
<br />Demos. Nays: Curley.
<br />
<br />Mr. Kehr returned to the Council table.
