<br />Inc. application for rezoning from I-I to B-3, and special use
<br />permit for off-sale liquor store at 2577 Fairview Avenue be
<br />approved, with the following conditions:

<br />1) That all outdoor lighting be shielded from the residential
<br />area on the east side of Fairview Avenue.
<br />2) That only one pylon sign be permitted on the property.
<br />3) That the handicapped access meet all required codes.

<br />improvement ST-P-84-33 and authorizing the preparation of plans

<br />aligned six feet north of the center line of Woodhill Drive, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke and Demos.
