<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - May 13, 1985. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Members <br />absent: Curley. <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the minutes of the meeting <br />of April 22, 1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, <br />Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the City Council join with the <br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of May 12, 1985 as Law Enforcement <br />Week in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, <br />Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Demos seconded that Resolution 7720, ordering <br />improvement P-84-24, reconstruction of Sextant west of Grotto <br />Street and Grotto Street, and authorizing the preparation of <br />plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson and Demos. <br />Nays: Kehr. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Demos seconded that Resolution 7721, ordering <br />improvement P-84-24a, reconstruction of Sextant/Transit from <br />Grotto Street to Dale Street, and authorizing the preparation of <br />plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson and Demos. <br />Nays: Kehr. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Demos seconded that Resolution 7722, ordering <br />the consolidation of projects P-84-24 and P-84-24a, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: Kehr. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded that C. R. Hakworthy's request <br />for final plat at 171 Center Street be approved, with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That separate utility services be provided to each lot, per <br />the City's subdivision regulation. <br />2) That the applicant deposit one and one half times the cost <br />of the public improvements (utility services). <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />Franke moved, Johnson seconded that Tanurb Developments, Inc. <br />application for final plat at 2480 Fairview Avenue be approved, <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That an access easement for America Street from the east <br />property line to County Road B-2 be provided on the plat. <br />2) That all utility easements be approved by staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos.
