<br />Page 2 <br /> <br />B-4 <br /> <br />Franke moved, Johnson seconded that T.G.I. Thursday's, d/b/a <br />T.G.I. Friday's, application for on-sale liquor license, Sunday <br />liquor license and endorsement for the sale of liquor outside <br />the licensed premises at 2771 County Road B-2, be approved, with <br />the condition that the required insurance certificate be <br />provided to the City. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-5 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Northwestern District of the <br />Christian and Missionary Alliance Church application for <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from low density residential <br />to limited business at 1813 Lexington Avenue be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Yorkton Limited, Inc. <br />application for rezoning from R-1 to R-3, special use permit <br />for Planned Unit Development and Daycare Center, variance to <br />parking and density requirements, preliminary plat and amendment <br />to the Comprehensive Plan at 2350 Lexington Avenue be approved, <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the R-3 zoning will become effective on November 1, <br />1986 or when the building permit is applied for the second <br />apartment building, whichever occurs first. <br />2) That the final engineering and landscaping plans be approved <br />by staff. <br />3) That all parking lot and access drives be curbed. <br />4) That the development be constructed as shown on plans dated <br />April 1, 1985. <br />5) That the fencing plan for the proposed Daycare Center be <br />approved by staff. <br />6) That the number of parking spaces provided for the proposed <br />office building meet City Code. <br />7) That additional parking spaces be provided if required by <br />the City. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Ordinance No. 971, approving <br />rezoning from R-1 to R-3 at 2350 Lexington Avenue, to become <br />effective November 1, 1986 or when the building permit is <br />applied for the second apartment building, whichever occurs <br />first, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that a public hearing be <br />established for the meeting of June 10, 1985 to consider Yorkton <br />Limited, Inc. application for final plat at 2350 Lexington <br />Avenue.
