<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Curley, Kehr, Franke and
<br />Demos. Members absent: Johnson

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of May 13, 1985 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Curley.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />special meeting of May 31, 1985 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley moved, Demos seconded, that the hearing for SS-
<br />W-P-85-07, Rose Place from Fernwood to Dunlap be
<br />continued to the June 24, 1985 Council Meeting.

<br />ordering Improvement P-ST-85-08, Fisk and Rose Place
<br />area and preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />Curley moved, Frank seconded, that Resolution 7737,
<br />ordering Improvement P-5-10, Rose Place from Fisk to
<br />Avon and preparation of plans be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Resolution 7738
<br />consolidating Projects P-ST-85-08 and P-85-10 be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 7739,
<br />ordering Improvement P-85-11, Aglen from Judith to
<br />Woodhill, and preparation of plans be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that Resolution 7740,
<br />ordering Improvement P-84-29, Marion from Maple Lane
<br />to South Owasso, and preparation of plans be adopted.
