<br />B-2 <br /> <br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that the Northwest District <br />of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church's <br />application for rezoning from R-1 to B-1, variance to <br />setback for sign and variance to number of parking <br />spaces at 1813 Lexington Avenue be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Applicant be required to construct additional <br />parking spaces if the staff determined this <br />was needed in the future. <br /> <br />2. Sign location and design to be subject to <br />staff approval. <br /> <br />3. Applicant petition for a storm sewer to serve <br />the development. <br /> <br />4. Development constructed in accordance with <br />the plans dated May 23, 1985. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 974 <br />rezoning the property at 1813 Lexington Avenue from R- <br />1 to B-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, <br />Franke and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Burger King <br />Corp. 's application for rezoning from B-4 to B-3, <br />special use permit for self-service restaurant and <br />variances to set back at 2080 County Road C be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Burger King will construct, at their cost, an <br />additional turn lane into the site on <br />Cleveland Avenue, if, in the opinion of the <br />city staff, such a facility is warranted in <br />the future. <br /> <br />2. All construction be in accordance with the <br />plans dated April 26, 1985. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Ordinance 975 <br />rezoning property at 2080 County Road C from B-4 <br />to B-3 be adopted. Roll Call: Ayes: Curley, <br />Kehr, Franke and Demos.
