<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />August 12, 1985 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Con/Spec Corpora- <br />tion's application for rezoning from R-l to R-2, <br />Special Use Permit for Planned Unit Development and <br />variance to floor space at 171 Center be continued <br />until the August 26, 1985 Council Meeting. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-5 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Richard Fearing's <br />request for variance to parking and building set <br />back requirements and sign location at 3113 N. Fairview <br />Avenue, be approved with the following conditions: <br />1. That the appropriate dedication of right of <br />way be completed. <br /> <br />2. That the amended plan be submitted regarding <br />proposed modification of the addition. <br /> <br />3. That the final landscape plans be approved by <br />City staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-6 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Richard Paulsen's <br />request for rezoning from R-l to R-2 and division of <br />lot at 210 Transit Avenue be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance No. 978 <br />rezoning the property at 210 Transit Avenue from <br />R-l to R-2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-7 Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that Resolution 7780 <br />approving the housing plan for the City of Rose- <br />ville be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, <br />Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-8 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that FML's request for <br />rezoning from R-l to R-6, Special Use Permit for <br />P.U.D. and preliminary plat at 2250 Victoria be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. That concrete curbing be installed. <br />2. That final grading, utility and landscape <br />plans be approved by City staff. <br />3. That the southern part of the pit area shall be <br />fenced and filled by July of 1986. <br />4. That the City has access to the pit for sweepings <br />disposal purposes for one year. <br />5.
