<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance No. 979,
<br />rezoning the property at 2550 Victoria from R-l to R-6
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr,
<br />and Demos.

<br />B-9 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that consideration of
<br />the preliminary resolution approving mortgage revenue
<br />bonds for Victoria Place at 2250 Victoria be continued
<br />until the August 26, 1985 Council Meeting.

<br />be established for the Council Meeting of September
<br />9, 1985, to consider a preliminary resolution
<br />approving mortgage revenue bonds for Hillside
<br />Estates at 2231 Rice. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />request to withdraw application for division of
<br />lot at 2550 North Snelling be approved. Roll

<br />E-2 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that John DenBleyker's
<br />request for extension of minor variance at 2049 Fern-
<br />wood until March 24, 1986 be approved. Roll Call,

<br />E-3 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Joseph Warthesen's
<br />application for minor variance at 821 Sextant

<br />E-4 Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that consideration of
<br />the proposed resolution relating to policy guidelines
<br />for redevelopment proposals in existing residential
<br />neighborhoods be continued until the September 9, 1985

<br />Curley, and Demos.
