<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - August 26, 1985

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Johnson, Franke (arrived
<br />at 7:35 p.m.), Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Members absent:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of August 12, 1985 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that the Public Hearings
<br />regarding projects P-SS-W-ST-82-12, W-82-15 and
<br />SS-W-85-03 be closed, and that consideration be
<br />continued to a Special Council Meeting established
<br />for September 16, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. The staff is
<br />instructed to examine alternatives for reducing assess-
<br />ments for the projects. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />and Demos.

<br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded, that Resolution 7788,
<br />adopting the assessment roll for Project SS-W-P-83-17
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution 7789,
<br />adopting the assessment roll for Project P-83-20
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that Resolution 7790,
<br />amending the assessment roll for Project SS-84-04, by
<br />deferring assessments on certain parcels be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley, Kehr, and
<br />Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that Resolution 7791,
<br />adopting the amended assessment roll for Project SS-
<br />84-04 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 7792,
<br />adopting the assessment roll for Project SS-W-ST-
<br />P-84-18 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Franke, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
