<br />B-3 Franke moved, Kehr seconded, that Con/Spec Corpora-
<br />tion's request for rezoning from R-1 to R-2, Special
<br />Use Permit for Planned Unit Development and variance
<br />to floor area at 171 Center Street be approved with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That a platting application be submitted.
<br />2. That the final landscaping plans be submitted
<br />for staff approval.
<br />3. That the driveway entrance width be twenty feet.
<br />4. That cross easements for maintenance be obtained.
<br />5. That separate utilities for each unit be con-
<br />structed.
<br />6. That concrete curb and gutter be installed.
<br />7. That the project be constructed in accordance
<br />with plans dated August 7, 1985.

<br />Nays: Johnson.

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 980,
<br />rezoning property at 171 Center Street from R-1 to
<br />R-2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 7793,
<br />giving preliminary approval for housing revenue bonds
<br />for Roseville Housing I at 2545 Hamline Avenue and
<br />waiving the requirement that fifty-five percent of
<br />the units be used for moderate income residents be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Curley,
<br />Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />partnership (Victoria Place) request for housing
<br />revenue bonds at 2250 Victoria be denied. Roll Call,
