CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - October 14, 1985 7:30 PM The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL members present: Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Members absent: None. Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that the Council join with ALPHA DELTA the Mayor in proclaiming October 13-19, 1985 as ALPHA KAPPA WEEK DELTA KAPPA Week in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. Curley moved, Franke seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES regular meeting of September 23, 1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 B-2 B-3 Franke moved, Johnson seconded, that Victoria Place request for final plat at 2250 Victoria be approved with the condition that a $15,000 deposit for water main looping or a petition for the looping to be done as a public improvement be submitted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: Curley and Kehr. VICTORIA PLACE Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that Terry Huiras' request for final plat at 2550 North Snelling be continued until the November 18, 1985 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. TERRY HUIRAS Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Solar Car Wash request for Special Use Permit at 1315 West Larpenteur be approved with the following condi- tions: SOLAR CAR WASH 1. That the retaining wall design be approved by staff. 2. That the required sidewalk be constructed. 3. That the landscape plan be approved by staff. 4. That the lighting shall be confined to the lot. 5. That the car wash shall operate no longer than from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. 6. That an attendant shall be on duty during all working hours.
