<br />store where said liquor store is located on a
<br />contiguous B-2 zoned parcel, be adopted. Roll

<br />Council Meetings be established for November 18,

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that a Special
<br />Council Meeting be established for November 6,
<br />1985 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of canvassing
<br />the 1985 General Election results and referring
<br />Planning Commission applications. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that a Council
<br />Work Session be established for January 6, 1986,
<br />7:30 p.m., for the purpose of reviewing organiza-
<br />tional business for 1986. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the city
<br />should submit an entry for the All America City
<br />Award, and publicize the need for citizens and
<br />organizations to participate on the Committee.
<br />Applications for membership should be submitted
<br />no later than November 13, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that pointe
<br />Development's request for height and parking
<br />variances at 2545 Hamline Avenue be approved with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That there shall be no driveway and parking to
<br />the southeast as depicted on plans.
<br />2. That staff approve fire, utility, grading, and
<br />drainage plans including underground drainage
<br />as required.
<br />3. That staff approve landscape plans, which should
<br />be coordinated with neighbors concerns.
<br />4. That the landscape wall on Hamline shall be
<br />constructed of brick.
<br />5. That sidewalks shall be constructed on Hamline.
<br />6. That no exhaust or mechanical systems shall be
<br />placed on the southern side of the parcel.
<br />7. That the pond area be dedicated to the City.
