<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - October 28, 1985
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Curley, Franke, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Members absent: Johnson.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of October 14, 1985 and the Special
<br />Meeting of October 16, 1985 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Franke moved, and Kehr seconded, that the Council join
<br />with the Mayor in inviting all Roseville residents to
<br />turn their lights on for peace from dusk to dawn on
<br />November 19 and 20, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />The Council joined with the Mayor to commend Dale Perszyk
<br />and Michael Clarkin for their courageous actions in coming
<br />to the aid of a Roseville police officer.

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7821, granting final approval of Rosepointe
<br />Development's request for Housing Revenue Bonds at
<br />2545 Hamline Avenue be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that a Roseville
<br />Solid Waste Citizen's Committee be established,
<br />and that staff be authorized to publicize the need
<br />for citizens and/or organizations to participate on
<br />the Committee. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that Rolf Bohn's
<br />request for minor variances to allow a porch
<br />addition extending to within fifteen feet of the
<br />rear yard property line at 1825 Fernwood be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Franke moved, Kehr seconded, that David Schroeder's DAVID
<br />request for minor variances and a building permit in SCHROEDER
<br />a shoreline zone to allow the construction of a garage
<br />addition extending to within five feet of the side-
<br />yard lot line, and within twenty-four feet of the front-
<br />yard lot line, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, and Demos.
