<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that Charles Honchell,
<br />Roseville's Director of Public Works, be appointed
<br />as the City representative on the Central Ramsey
<br />Water Management Organization Board of Managers for
<br />a two year term. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Curley seconded, that the St. Paul
<br />Winter Carnival request to use McCarrons Lake Park
<br />for an ice softball tournament and a request for
<br />on-sale malt beverage license and food sale license
<br />on February 1 and 2, 1986, be approved with the
<br />condition that adequate security be provided by
<br />the Winter Carnival, and that an adequate number of
<br />satellites also be provided at the park. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7822, supporting the proposal for a Foundation Grant
<br />to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation training
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr,
<br />and Demos.
