CITY OF ROSEVILLE Special meeting of the City Council - November 6, 1985 The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Members absent: Franke. Kehr moved, and Curley seconded, that the Council join with the Mayor in proclaiming November 24 to December 1, 1985 as NATIONAL BIBLE WEEK in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. C-1 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Mindy Greiling, 1362 Judith Avenue, be appointed Chairperson of the All American Cities Award Committee, and be authorized to attend the 1985-86 Award's process. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. E-1 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that the Council has canvassed results of the General Election of November 5, 1985, and the results are as follows: David A. Bailey Joanne Cushman Jerry Hendrickson Al Kehr R. Robert Matson 1,883 1,971 1,966 2,453 2,928 And further that the Assistant City Manager be appointed as Recount Official (if necessary) for the City. E-2 Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that Brian Carlson's request for a building permit to construct an attached garage in a shoreland zone at 3102 W. Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None. E-3 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the following applications be referred to the December 4 Planning Commission Meeting. 1.
