Amendment of Tax Increment Plan to permit expansion <br />of project area and modification of districts. <br /> <br />And further, that the Council Public Hearings be <br />established for the meeting of December 16, 1985. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-4 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 984 <br />amending Chapter 232 of the City Code prohibiting <br />City employees from serving as certain officers in <br />the Fire Department be adopted.
