<br />Bootsie Anderson, Executive Director of the
<br />North Suburban Cable Commission, updated the
<br />Council on cable activities, and reviewed
<br />alternatives in cable franchising. No action
<br />was taken.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the Public
<br />Works Department be instructed to defer
<br />completion of plans for Projects P-85-18,
<br />ST-85-19, and P-84-15 to a later date. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Demos seconded, that Metropolitan
<br />Recovery Corporation's request for extension of
<br />Special Use Permit to September 11, 1986, at
<br />2430 Rose Place be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the low bid
<br />of Flexible Pipe Tool Company in the amount of
<br />$27,871.00 for a new hydraulically operated P.T.O.
<br />driven sewer rodding machine and truck, and trade-
<br />in of existing 1972 truck, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the bid of
<br />Brookdale Ford for a 3/4 ton pickup truck, at a
<br />cost of $11,444.00, and the bid of Truck Utilities
<br />for a snowplow at a cost of $1,730.00, be accepted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the creation
<br />of a Leadman Classification in the Local Addendum
<br />of the Local No. 49 Labor Agreement be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a Class "A"
<br />Gambling License for the B-Dale Men's Club at
<br />2100 N. Dale Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Kehr. Nays: Demos.
