<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - March 17, 1986 <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />Johnson, and Demos. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of February 24, 1986 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution <br />7870, recognizing Don Sho1und for twenty-one <br />years of service as the City of Roseville's <br />Finance Director be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Jade Palace, <br />Inc. application for On Sale Wine and On Sale <br />3.2 Beer License at 116 Loehmann's Plaza, 2480 <br />Fairview Avenue, be approved with the condition <br />that the Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance <br />be submitted to the City before the license will <br />be issued. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, <br />Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Jeff <br />Nielsen's request for approval of Special Use <br />Permit for revised Planned Unit Development and <br />site plan approval at 2201 County Road C be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the pond relocation is contingent on the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation approval. <br /> <br />2. That the modified entrances to the site are <br />subject to staff approval. <br /> <br />3. That the final landscape plan is subject to <br />staff approval. <br /> <br />4. That the final drainage plan is subject to <br />staff approval. <br /> <br />5. That any further parking modifications must <br />be approved by staff. <br /> <br />6.
