CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - March 17, 1986 The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Members absent: None. Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of February 24, 1986 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 7870, recognizing Don Sho1und for twenty-one years of service as the City of Roseville's Finance Director be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Jade Palace, Inc. application for On Sale Wine and On Sale 3.2 Beer License at 116 Loehmann's Plaza, 2480 Fairview Avenue, be approved with the condition that the Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance be submitted to the City before the license will be issued. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-2 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Jeff Nielsen's request for approval of Special Use Permit for revised Planned Unit Development and site plan approval at 2201 County Road C be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the pond relocation is contingent on the Minnesota Department of Transportation approval. 2. That the modified entrances to the site are subject to staff approval. 3. That the final landscape plan is subject to staff approval. 4. That the final drainage plan is subject to staff approval. 5. That any further parking modifications must be approved by staff. 6. That the development be constructed in accordance with the revised plans submitted March 5, 1986, including the ten foot easement on Long Lake Road. 7:30 P.M.
