<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Reverend
<br />Stanley Borden, 545 West Sandhurst Drive, Apart-
<br />ment 302, and Linda Zoe Jenkins, 251 West
<br />Minnesota, be appointed to three year terms on
<br />the Human Rights Commission beginning April 1,
<br />1986, and ending March 31, 1989. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Barbara
<br />Mastel, 2438 North Lexington, be appointed to the
<br />Parks and Recreation Board for a three year term
<br />beginning April 1, 1986, and ending March 31,
<br />1989. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Dean Maschka,
<br />1695 Millwood Avenue, be appointed to the Planning
<br />Commission for a four year term, beginning April
<br />1, 1986, and ending March 31, 1990. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that a Council
<br />Work Session be established for May 31, 1986, at
<br />5:00 p.m., at the Roseville City Hall, to discuss
<br />matters relating to Economic Development, Parks
<br />and Recreation, Cable Television, Public Works,
<br />Housing, and any other items deemed appropriate
<br />by the Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Representatives from the Spiritual Assembly of the
<br />Baha'is of Roseville made a presentation to the
<br />Council on "The Promise of World Peace".
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Julie Esteb's
<br />request for minor variance at 976 Lovell Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
