Roseville City Council Minutes March 17, 1986 E-2 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, Duescher's request for minor County Road C-2 be approved. Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and that Wayne variance at 931 West Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Demos. Nays: None. E-3 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Norman Albrecht's request for division of lot at 3069 West Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. E-4 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Fairview Development Company's request for preliminary plat and variances at 1985 West County Road C-2 be approved with the following conditions: 1. That per plans submitted, dated 2/19/86, an easement for egress and ingress be extended at least 20 feet north of the southern line of Lot 2. 2. That the pavement and curbing currently on public property be removed. 3. That the grading plan be reviewed and approved by staff. This includes implementation by November 1, 1986, including modification of the dirt pile on Lot 3. 4. That the landscape plan be reviewed and approved by staff. 5. That screening be placed adjacent to the public property areas. 6. That the building material be reviewed and approved by staff. 7. That the lighting plan be reviewed and approved by staff. 8. That Lot 3 be deeded to the City. And that the Council Public Hearing on the final plat be established for the meeting of April 14, 1986. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. E-5 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Wilfred Spear's request to withdraw an application for preliminary plat at 2140 and 2150 Cleveland and 2030 County Road B be approved.
