CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - April 14, 1986 The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Members absent: None. Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 17, 1986, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Rosepointe request for Special Use Permit Amendment and variance to parking requirements, floor area ratio, and building height at 2545 Hamline Avenue be approved with the following condi- tions: 1. That there shall be no driveway and parking to the southeast, as depicted on plans. 2. That staff approve fire, utility, and grading plans. 3. That staff approve landscape, border fence, and hedge plans which should be coordinated with the neighbors concerns. 4. That the landscape wall on Hamline Avenue shall be brick. 5. That sidewalks shall be constructed on Hamline. 6. That no exhaust or mechanical systems shall be placed on the southern side of the parcel. Any systems placed on the roof shall be screened. 7. That the pond area shall be dedicated to the City. 8. That the approval is per plans submitted March 5, 1986. Roll Call, Ayes: Nays: Kehr, Matson, and Demos. Johnson and Cushman. B-2 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Jim Edlund's request for Special Use Permit and variance at 2049 N. Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.
