<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Fairview
<br />Development Company's application for final
<br />plat at 1985 W. County Road C-2 be continued
<br />until the April 28, 1986 Council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Northwestern
<br />College application for Special Use Permit
<br />and parking variance at 3003 N. Snelling Avenue
<br />be continued until the May 12, 1986 Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that the regular
<br />Council meeting of May 26, 1986 be canceled,
<br />and May 19, 1986 be established as the second
<br />regularly scheduled meeting in May. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the regular
<br />Work Session scheduled for April 21, 1986, begin
<br />at 5:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that a Council
<br />Work Session be established for May 13, 1986,
<br />7:30 p.m., for the purpose of interviewing
<br />applicants to serve on the Citizen's Committee
<br />on Recreation Facilities. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded that a Council
<br />Work Session be established on June 2, 1986,
<br />5:00 p.m., for the purpose of evaluating the
<br />performance of the City Manager. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Demos moved, Johnson seconded, that the Lake
<br />Owasso Safe Boating Association request for
<br />waterski course and waterski jump on Lake Owasso
<br />for 1986 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Farrell
<br />Johnson's request for minor variance at 1848
<br />Fernwood be approved with the condition that
<br />the old curb cut on Fernwood be removed and
<br />replaced with bituminous curb. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
