<br />E-16 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the bid of
<br />Ceres Tree Company, in the amount of $6.23 per
<br />inch for the removal of diseased trees in the
<br />City, designated as Project M-86-01, be accepted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-17 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7883, approving the plans for Roselawn Avenue,
<br />between Cleveland Avenue and Trunk Highway 280,
<br />identified as State Aid Project 62-626-02 and
<br />City Project No. 85-31, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7884, restricting parking on the north side
<br />of Roselawn Avenue between Pleasant Street
<br />and Fulham Street be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Agreement
<br />No. 86004, between the City of Roseville and
<br />Ramsey County for State Project 62-6262-01
<br />and Project 62-6262-02, and authorizing
<br />signature of said Agreement by the Mayor and
<br />Manager, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.

<br />7885, requesting Ramsey County to restrict
<br />parking along County Road B, from Cleveland
<br />Avenue to Snelling Avenue, identified as S.A.P.
