<br />E-13 Demos moved, Kehr seconded, that the acquisi-
<br />tion of permanent and temporary easements from
<br />MurphyjWasi property, identified as Parcel No.
<br />2 of City Project No. M-84-16, in accordance
<br />with the City Attorney's letter March 26, 1986,
<br />be authorized. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Demos moved, Kehr seconded, that the acceptance
<br />of an agreement for a temporary easement on the
<br />Heikenen property, identified as Parcel No.6,
<br />for Project No. M-84-16, in accordance with the
<br />City Attorney's letter dated March 26, 1986, be
<br />authorized. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-24 Demos moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7879, declaring the adequacy of the petition for
<br />reconstructing North Highway 36 Frontage Road
<br />between Fairview Avenue and West Perimeter Drive
<br />identified as Project 8S-20-A, and ordering the
<br />preparation of a Feasibility Report be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Demos moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7880, accepting the signed Earnest Money
<br />Contract with Fairdale Investors for easement
<br />86031-1 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Agenda, Items E-14 through E-23, be approved.

<br />E-14 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7881, receiving the Feasibility Study for
<br />Project SS-WP-86-10, Centre pointe Business
<br />Park area, and calling for a Public Hearing
<br />on May 12, 1986, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Demos.

<br />E-1S Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7882, requesting Minnesota Department of Trans-
<br />portation to release its interest in the East
<br />Frontage Road of I-3SW, known as Raymond Avenue,
<br />as well as a portion of County Road C-2 immediately
<br />east of I-3SW, to the jurisdiction of the City of
<br />Roseville be adopted. This portion of roadway
<br />carries State Identification No. SP-6284 (3SW=394)
<br />901. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Demos. Nays: None.
