Roseville City Council Minutes April 28, 1986 E-6 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute Agreement No. 86007 for construction and maintenance of traffic signal, street lights, and emergency pre- empt equipment at County Road B-2 and Cleveland Avenue. E-7 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 7891, receiving the feasibility report for Project No. P-85-20A, ordering the improvement, approving the plans, and ordering the advertisement of bids, be adopted. Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution 7892, banning parking on both sides of Highway 36 Frontage Road from Fairview to Perimeter Drive, be adopted.
