<br />E- 9 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7893, accepting the bid of Forest Lake Con-
<br />tracting in the amount of $70,937.96 for
<br />Project 85-32, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7894, accepting the bid of Forest Lake Con-
<br />tracting in the amount of $78,926.25 for City
<br />1986 Contract A, be adopted. This contract
<br />includes Projects 85-22, 85-23, 86-08, and
<br />86-09. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Matson,
<br />and Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-10 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7895, for apportionment of assessments on the
<br />requested division of properties by Ramsey
<br />County, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />E-11 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the licenses
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None.
