<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - May 12, 1986. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, <br />Cushman, and Demos. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of April 28, 1986 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Ground <br />Round, Inc. 's Application for Endorsement to <br />On-Sale Liquor License to permit the sale and <br />consumption of intoxicating liquor outside of <br />the structure at 2100 North Snelling Avenue be <br />continued until the Council meeting of June 9, <br />1986. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, <br />Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Don Poupard's <br />request for Special Use Permit and variance at <br />1329 Larpenteur Avenue West be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Dedication of ten feet of right-of-way on <br />Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Construction of two catch basins within the <br />parking area, as per Engineering staff <br />reconunendation. <br /> <br />3. Construction of sidewalks on Hamline and <br />Larpenteur Avenues. <br /> <br />4. Parking and driveway areas to be curbed as <br />required. <br /> <br />5. Finish masonry materials to be same on all <br />four sides of the structure. <br /> <br />6. Final engineering and landscape plans subject <br />to staff approval. <br /> <br />7. Special Use Permit is limited to proposed <br />operation of tire sales, engine tuning, and <br />minor engine repair work. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Demos.
