CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - May 12, 1986. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Members absent: None. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of April 28, 1986 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Ground Round, Inc. 's Application for Endorsement to On-Sale Liquor License to permit the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor outside of the structure at 2100 North Snelling Avenue be continued until the Council meeting of June 9, 1986. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None. B-2 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Don Poupard's request for Special Use Permit and variance at 1329 Larpenteur Avenue West be approved with the following conditions: 1. Dedication of ten feet of right-of-way on Hamline Avenue. 2. Construction of two catch basins within the parking area, as per Engineering staff reconunendation. 3. Construction of sidewalks on Hamline and Larpenteur Avenues. 4. Parking and driveway areas to be curbed as required. 5. Finish masonry materials to be same on all four sides of the structure. 6. Final engineering and landscape plans subject to staff approval. 7. Special Use Permit is limited to proposed operation of tire sales, engine tuning, and minor engine repair work.
