Roseville City Council Minutes, May 12, 1986 B-3 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Care Cab's request for Special Use Permit at 1746 Terrace Drive be approved with the following conditions: 1. The Special Use Permit expires June 1, 1989. 2. Storage will be limited to the fenced area, as depicted on the survey. Roll Call, Ayes: and Demos. Nays: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, None. B-4 The Council determined that the proposed North- western college development plan should be considered in two phases. Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Phase I, consisting of revised entrances and exits on Lydia Avenue, the circulation road around the athletic field, new baseball/softball athletic field complex and a storage building adjacent to the athletic field, be approved with the following conditions: 1. Additional parking be required as may be designated by the City, if facilities prove inadequate. 2. Subject to engineering staff approval of engineering plans. 3. Subject to staff approval of landscaping plans prior to construction of each stage of the development. 4. The time limitation, on the Special Use Permit, for applying for a building permit and beginning construction shall be extended from six months to thirty-six months. 5. All parking areas and revised roadways to include concrete curbing. 6. All development to be in accordance with the P.U.D. revised plans dated April 26 and 28, 1986. 7. Applicant is to work with staff with respect to the traffic management plan for the eastern roadway. 8. The existing main entrance is to be made a one way as soon as possible, following construction of the new entrances. 9. No lighting is allowed on the athletic fields.
