<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 12, 1986 <br /> <br />E-2 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Wilfred Spear's <br />request for preliminary plat at 2140, 2150 Cleve- <br />land, and 2030 County Road B, be approved with <br />the following conditions, and establishing the <br />Council Hearing on the final plat for the meeting <br />of June 9, 1986. <br /> <br />1. That driveways not be allowed in the diagonal <br />area of lot 2. <br /> <br />2. That both the existing north/south 15 foot <br />utility easement and the east/west 7.5 foot <br />utility easement be converted to utility and <br />drainage easements with the widths remaining <br />the same. These easements to be effective <br />immediately upon approval of plat. <br /> <br />3. That there be dedication of a 6 foot easement <br />along the County Road B side of the parcels <br />for the proposed pathway. This easement will <br />have to be provided for by separate instrument. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Demos. Nays: <br /> <br />Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />None. <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Brian <br />Pierzina's request for minor variance at 2379 <br />North Vic~oria, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-4 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Paster <br />Enterprises request for parking variance at 1755 <br />North Lexington be approved, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That a Development Agreement be signed with <br />the City. <br /> <br />2. That staff review site, grading, and landscape <br />plans. <br /> <br />3. That developer meets with staff and neighbors <br />to work out landscape and fencing agreement. <br /> <br />4. That the lighting plan be reviewed by staff. <br /> <br />5. That a 16-1/2 foot right-of-way be dedicated <br />on Lexington. <br /> <br />6. That approval be predicated on plans submitted <br />April 9, 1986. <br /> <br />7.
