<br />Further, that based on the finding that there is
<br />no significant environmental impact for Phase I,
<br />an Environmental Assessment Work Sheet is not
<br />required. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Phase II,
<br />consisting of future dormitories, Life and Health
<br />Fitness Center and associated parking, and ponding
<br />and other associated modifications, be continued
<br />to the August 11, 1986 Council meeting. Further,
<br />it is determined that Phase II potentially will
<br />have a significant environmental impact based on
<br />available information and, therefore, the City
<br />finds that an Environmental Assessment Work Sheet
<br />be prepared for Phase II. The Environmental Work
<br />Sheet shall be completed prior to the August 11
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />No. 997, amending the City Code of the City
<br />of Roseville by allowing a night watchman
<br />residence in a business district as an accessory
<br />use be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />7897, authorizing submission of a CDBG Applica-
<br />tion to Ramsey County for Lincoln Companies
<br />Project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7898, rescheduling the public hearing date for
<br />Project P-SS-W-86-10 from May 12, 1986 to June
<br />9, 1986, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.
