<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - July 14, 1986.
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Johnson, Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, and Demos. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of June 23, 1986 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Popel
<br />Brutger request for revised P.U.D. at 2250
<br />Victoria be approved with the fOllowing condi-
<br />tions:
<br />
<br />1. That the required sidewalks be constructed.
<br />2. That the pit be filled according to staff
<br />recommendations, including the portion of
<br />the pit on the northerly part of the south
<br />four single family lots.
<br />3. That the erosion in the area be stabilized.
<br />4. That a fence be required around the entire
<br />west and south perimeter of the project, but
<br />required only to be put in initially on the
<br />four lots to the south. The remainder to be
<br />assured by posting of a bond; and the final
<br />decision to construct the fence, or refund the
<br />money, would be made within one year from
<br />issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
<br />5. That the final landscape, lighting, and drain-
<br />age plans be approved by City Staff.

<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7921, establishing Tax Increment District No.5,
<br />and approving the Tax Increment Financing Plan
<br />and the development program relating thereto, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Lincoln
<br />Companies request for preliminary plat, amend-
<br />ment to Comprehensive Plan, Special Use Permit,
<br />and rezoning from I-I to B-4 at 1665 County
<br />Road C be continued to the August 6 Planning
<br />Commission meeting, and continuing the City
<br />Council Public Hearing until August 11, 1986.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.
