<br />B-4 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Costco
<br />Wholesale, Inc's. request for amendment to
<br />Comprehensive Plan, Special Use Permit, and
<br />rezoning from I-I to B-4 at 1947 West County
<br />Road C be continued to the August 6, 1986
<br />Planning Commission meeting, and continuing
<br />the City Council Public Hearing until August
<br />11, 1986. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson,
<br />Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-5 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that James Trapp
<br />request for Special Use Permit at 2209 West County
<br />Road C-2 be continued to the August 6, 1986 Plann-
<br />ing Commission meeting, and continuing the City
<br />Council Public Hearing until August 11, 1986. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Matson, Kehr, Cushman, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-6 Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the Wilfred
<br />Spear request for final plat at 2140 and 2150
<br />Cleveland Avenue, and 2030 County Road B, be
<br />continued to the July 28, 1986 Council meeting.

<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that George
<br />Gordon's request for minor variance at 543 Heinel
<br />Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,

<br />E-2 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Vernon
<br />Kenney's request for minor variance and shoreline
<br />building permit at 511 Heinel Drive be approved.
