Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, <br />Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-4 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that J. R. Johnson's <br />request for Special Use Permit at 2582 Long Lake <br />Road be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the engineering and landscape plans be <br />approved by the staff. <br /> <br />2. That the ground cover on the second and third <br />phases be required. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Demos. 's request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />from Industrial to Business at 1947 West County <br />Road C, and request that the City Council initiate <br />the process for Comprehensive Plan Amendments in <br />the proposed targeted areas, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. <br />Nays: Johnson. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Ordinance 1001, <br />rezoning Costco Wholesale, Inc.'s property from <br />I-I to B-4 at 1947 West County Road C, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Costco Wholesale, <br />Inc. 's request for Special Use Permit as per <br />submitted plans June 12, 1986 at 1947 County Road <br />C, be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That landscape and drainage plans be approved <br />by staff. <br /> <br />2.
