Roseville City Council Minutes August 11, 1986 3. That the street improvements (Mount Ridge Road and Prior Avenue) be paid for by the developer. 4. That the sidewalks be constructed on County Road C as required. 5. That the right-of-way on County Road C be dedicated as required (2-1/2 feet). 6. That the lighting plan be approved by staff. 7. That the rooftop systems be appropriately screened. 8. That all four sides of warehouse be constructed of brick. Roll Call, Ayes: and Demos. Nays: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, None. B-6 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that James Trapp request for Special Use Permit at 2209 West County Road C-2 be continued to the September 8, 1986 Council meeting. The Council also stated any requests for additional continuance of this request will not be granted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-7 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Lincoln Companies request for preliminary plat, amend- ment to Comprehensive Plan, Special Use Permit, and rezoning from 1-1 to B-4 at 1665 County Road C be continued to the September 3, 1986 Planning Commission meeting, and scheduling the City Council Public Hearing September 8, 1986. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. C-1 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a Council Work Session be held on August 18, 1986 beginning at 4:30 p.m., to review the proposed 1987 Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. E-1 The All America City Award Committee reviewed with the Council the application to be submitted on behalf of Roseville no later than September 12, 1986. No Council action was required. E-2 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Frieda Schulz request for division of lot at 3010 Cleveland Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
