CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - October 13, 1986 The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Members absent: Kehr. Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Tuesday, November 18, 1986 be proclaimed as Mayors' D-Day In The War On Drugs in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that November, 1986 be declared Epilepsy Month in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of September 22, 1986 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman and Matson. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson, because he was not present at the September 22, 1986 meeting. B-1 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lincoln Companies request to continue their final plat at 1665 County Road C until the October 27, 1986, Council meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. B-2 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Group W Cable's request for Special Use Permit at 934 Woodhill Drive be approved with the following conditions: 1. That drainage and landscape plans be approved by staff. 2. Poured in place concrete curb is required. 3. That "Right Turn Only" signs be placed at each driveway. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. B-3 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Carmen Dorso request for Special Use Permit at 2814 North Cleveland Avenue be continued to the November 10, 1986 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. B-4 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Tharaldson Enterprises, Inc. request for Special Use Permit at 2210 County Road C be approved with the following conditions: 7:30 P.M.
