Nays: <br />Matson. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Mar-Len <br />Development Corporation's request for withdrawal of <br />Special Use Permit and sign variance at 2550 Long <br />Lake Road be approved, and to refer a modified <br />application to the November 5 Planning Commission, <br />and establishing the City Council Public Hearing <br />for November 10, 1986. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, <br />Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that the Council <br />Work Session to be held on Monday, October 20, <br />1986 begin at 4:00 p.m. rather than 7:30 p.m. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Pat Gorman <br />be determined eligible for a third term on the <br />Police Civil Service Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Curtis <br />Brown's request for division of lot at 1754 <br />Alta Vista Drive be approved with the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1. That a private utility easement be granted <br />across Parcel B to allow Parcel A access to <br />utilities on Alta Vista Drive. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that <br />Shoppes Associate's request for sign <br />at 1739 North Lexington be approved. <br />Ayes: Cushman, Matson, and Johnson. <br />None. <br /> <br />Plaza <br />variance <br />Roll Call, <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Joseph <br />coppersmith's request for a preliminary plat <br />at 645 Transit Avenue be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the garage be removed before the final <br />plat is approved. <br /> <br />2.
