<br />and that the Chairmen of the Human Rights and Parks &
<br />Recreation Commissions be requested to comment, in
<br />writing, on the attendance record and continued service
<br />of the following Commission members:

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that a Special Council
<br />meeting be established for Monday, November 17, 1986,
<br />at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of selecting a Mayor,
<br />and further that the Work Session scheduled for
<br />November 17, 1986 be canceled. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the resolution
<br />regarding a six month Development Moratorium be
<br />continued to the November 24, 1986 Council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Barbara Hunn's
<br />request for minor variance at 1316 Ruggles be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the Administrative Lot Split must occur
<br />before the variances are effective.
<br />
<br />2. That the variance for the property at 1836
<br />Hamline apply only to the existing house.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that pointe Develop-
<br />ment Corporation's request for preliminary plat at
<br />2545 Hamline be approved, and establishing a Public
<br />Hearing for the final plat for the December 8, 1986
<br />City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson,
<br />Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Commers-Klodt
<br />request for sign variance at 2640 -2690 Patton Road
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman,
<br />and Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Commers-Klodt
<br />request for preliminary plat at 2640 - 2690 Patton
<br />Road be approved with the following conditions:
