That the property line of Lot 2 on the south, and Lot 1 on the north be approved on the condition that a variance be approved at a later date. and establishing a City Council Public Hearing December 8, 1986 for final plat. Page 3 E-6 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the following REFERRALS items be referred to the December 3, 1986 Planning Commission meeting, and establishing a Public Hearing for the December 8, 1986 City Council meeting. 1. Con-Spec Corporation request for rezoning, Special Use Permit, and variance to the zoning ordinance at 171 Center Street. 2. Michel's request for preliminary plat at 2424 North Dale Street. 3. Commers-Klodt request for variance at 2640-2690 Patton Road. 4. Learning Tree request for a Special Use Permit at 181 County Road B-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None.
