CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - December 8, 1986. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Members absent: None. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of November 24, 1986, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and wiski. Nays: None. B-1 Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Learning Tree's request for Special Use Permit at 181 County Road B-2 be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the sandbox be removed from the City's drainage easement area. 2. That the driveway be relocated so as to extend to the projected private street. 3. That staff approve final engineering and land- scape plans. 4. That the sidewalk be constructed as required on County Road B-2. 5. That the sign be located in accordance with ordinance requirements. 6. That any exterior air handling system be appropriately screened and detailed as part of the landscape plans. 7. That the private road and access issue be resolved. Roll Call, Ayes: and Wiski. Nays: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, None. B-2 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that pointe Development Corporation's request for final plat at 2545 Hamline be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. B-3 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8044, accepting the feasibility study for Project P-W-SS-86-42 approving the project be adopted, and ordering the preparation of plans and specifications. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. B-4 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Commers-Klodt request for final plat at 2640 - 2690 Patton Road be approved.
