Roseville City Council Meeting Minutes December 8, 1986 B-5 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the proposed twenty foot driveway for the Con-Spec Corporation request at 171 Center Street should be reviewed and widenend if it does not cause the removal of trees or other problems. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Con-Spec corporation's request for Special Use Permit and variance at 171 Center Street be approved with the following conditions: 1. That landscaping and engineering plans be subject to staff approval. 2. That cross easements for road use and main- tenance be prepared. 3. That there be separate utilities for each dwelling unit. 4. That concrete curb and gutter are constructed for all driveways and parking areas. 5. That final development and building plans are in accordance with the plans submitted with the Planned Unit Development. 6. That the proposed twenty foot driveway should be reviewed and widened if it does not cause the removal of trees or other problems. Roll Call, Ayes: and Wiski. Nays: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, None. B-6 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the construction of Project SS-W-P-86-44 be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None. B-7 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the renewal of the following liquor licenses for Calendar Year 1987 be approved with the condition that the required insurance certificates and Surety Bonds be submitted before the licenses may be issued, and continuing consideration of the El Torito and Roseville Crossing applications until the December 22, 1986, Council meeting.
