<br />Roseville City Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 8, 1986 <br /> <br />B-5 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the proposed <br />twenty foot driveway for the Con-Spec Corporation <br />request at 171 Center Street should be reviewed <br />and widenend if it does not cause the removal of <br />trees or other problems. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Con-Spec <br />corporation's request for Special Use Permit <br />and variance at 171 Center Street be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That landscaping and engineering plans be <br />subject to staff approval. <br /> <br />2. That cross easements for road use and main- <br />tenance be prepared. <br /> <br />3. That there be separate utilities for each <br />dwelling unit. <br /> <br />4. That concrete curb and gutter are constructed <br />for all driveways and parking areas. <br /> <br />5. That final development and building plans are <br />in accordance with the plans submitted with <br />the Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />6. That the proposed twenty foot driveway should <br />be reviewed and widened if it does not cause <br />the removal of trees or other problems. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Wiski. Nays: <br /> <br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />None. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the construction <br />of Project SS-W-P-86-44 be denied. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-7 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the renewal <br />of the following liquor licenses for Calendar <br />Year 1987 be approved with the condition that the <br />required insurance certificates and Surety Bonds <br />be submitted before the licenses may be issued, and <br />continuing consideration of the El Torito and <br />Roseville Crossing applications until the December <br />22, 1986, Council meeting. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />CON-SPEC <br />CORPORATION <br /> <br />PROJECT <br />SS-W-P-86-44 <br /> <br />LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWALS <br />
